- Any theme or focus
- Any dates you have in mind
- Any additional information
We will contact you and…
- We will send you some profiles of authors who might suit your school.
- We will try to offer you a choice of authors who are reasonably local to you to keep travel costs down unless you specifically request a particular author.
Then, if you decide to book an author visit…
- We will check the author’s availability and make a booking.
- We will make all the arrangements and invoice you establishing a contract with the author to protect all parties from cancellation costs. We have 20 years of experience at successfully arranging author visits.
- We will arrange for the author to contact you at least two weeks in advance of the visit to discuss details of the day.
