Dragon Racer
An interactive storytelling performance, including songs, actions, paper-cutting,
and question and answers - for ages 6-14.
Margaret Bateson-Hill combines her story book ‘Lao Lao of Dragon Mountain’, and her new novel, ‘Dragon Racer’, to bring together Dragons from overseas with Dragons from under our feet.
What is happening in ‘the dragon caves’ under Brixton, Brighton and Blackpool? And what does it have to do with Joanna Grace Morris, or JoJo for short, and why does she need an egg turner? Dragons can be chatty and fast, sleek and tolerant, nasty and bad losers. Is a Silver Back better than a Crimson Flame or a Jewel? Margaret brings dragons alive for you on stage.
Optional creative writing and craft workshops available
